GudFuel's food scores, meal plans, and nutrition guidance are generated by artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes — outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Information you provide directly: When you create an account and complete onboarding, we collect information such as your gender, health goals, dietary restrictions, activity level, and age range. This information is stored solely to personalize your experience within the app.

Nutrition personalization data: To personalize your experience, we use the gender, health goals, dietary restrictions, activity level, and age range you provide during onboarding. When you use AI features such as meal-plan generation, your prompts may be transmitted to our AI provider to generate responses. This data is used solely to personalize your recommendations and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Usage data: We may collect anonymized data about how you interact with the app (features used, frequency of use) to improve our service. This data is never linked to personally identifiable information.

Device and technical data: We may collect standard technical information such as device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and performance purposes.

Data shared with these providers — including your onboarding answers and prompts — is transmitted securely and used solely to fulfill your request within the app. These providers do not retain or use your data to train their own models.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (such as a court order or government request).

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. GudFuel does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. Your billing information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
