By accessing or using GudFuel (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

GudFuel is a wellness and lifestyle application. It is expressly not a medical product, healthcare provider, or clinical service. Use of this app does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, dietitian-client, or any other professional relationship between you and GudFuel or its team.

All nutritional information, food scores, and AI-generated meal plans are intended solely to support general wellness awareness and healthy lifestyle habits. They are not tailored to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individual nutritional needs vary widely based on medical history, genetics, medications, and health status. A registered dietitian or licensed nutritionist is the appropriate professional to provide individualized dietary guidance. A licensed physician is the appropriate professional to provide medical advice. GudFuel cannot and does not replace either.

GudFuel uses artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, to generate food scores, meal plans, and nutrition guidance. You acknowledge and agree that:

• •AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your individual situation.
• •AI models can and do make mistakes, hallucinate information, or produce outputs that seem plausible but are factually incorrect.
• •Calorie estimates and macronutrient recommendations are generalized and may not be appropriate for everyone.
• •You should not make significant health or lifestyle changes based solely on AI-generated content without consulting a qualified professional.

By using GudFuel, you agree that you are responsible for:

• •Consulting with a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider before implementing any dietary or lifestyle changes suggested by the app.
• •Informing your healthcare provider about your use of this app and any content you receive from it.
• •Using your own judgment and not relying solely on AI-generated recommendations for decisions that affect your health.
• •Ensuring that the app is appropriate for your personal health situation, taking into account any medical conditions, medications, or contraindications.
• •Not using the app as a substitute for emergency medical care. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GudFuel, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm— physical, financial, or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any AI-generated content, food score, meal plan, or recommendation. This includes inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from following any guidance provided by the app.

Because the Service provides AI-generated, educational content — not professional advice — you use it entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold GudFuel harmless from any claims related to your use of the app.

You acknowledge that participating in dietary and lifestyle changes carries inherent risks, including but not limited to adverse health effects. By using GudFuel, you voluntarily accept responsibility for any choices you make based on content provided through the Service, including AI-generated meal plans and nutrition guidance. You are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional before implementing any recommendations.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, and user interface design — are the exclusive property of GudFuel and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. GudFuel does not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
